The website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details to deliver and secure pages. This version does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or browser storage for form entries.

Forms and email

The volunteer form prepares a draft locally in your browser. It does not automatically transmit or store the form on a UHF server. If you choose to send the draft, your email provider and the recipient process that message. The donation tool prepares an inquiry, not a payment. Do not send identity documents, payment details, immigration records, medical information, or detailed survivor accounts by general email.

External services

Links to resource providers and charity directories lead to separate websites with their own policies. We do not control those sites. Photographs are served from this website; clicking a photo credit opens the photographer’s platform.

Safe contact

Use a channel and device that are safe for you. Email is not an emergency or confidential case-management service. Ask a provider to explain confidentiality and any reporting limits before sharing sensitive information.

Requests and questions

Contact UHF to ask about information you have sent or request correction or deletion. Do not include additional sensitive information in your request. Organizational record-retention and service-specific practices should be confirmed directly.

Updates

If forms, payment processing, analytics, or service systems change, this policy should be updated to describe the actual processing before those features are enabled.
